Washing Machine Shaking and Vibration Repair

If your laundry remains wet after the wash cycle is complete, the cause is not always the drain pump. A common underlying issue may be wear and tear on the shock absorbers, suspension rods, or springs.
If the washing machine detects excessive drum oscillation during a high-speed spin cycle, it may reduce the speed or halt the spin cycle entirely to prevent mechanical failure. Before replacing any parts, we perform a comprehensive diagnostic of the suspension system, check the drum's range of motion, and evaluate the spin performance.

Drain Pump Replacement

One of the signs of a faulty drain pump is that nothing happens when the wash cycle is started. Outwardly, everything appears normal—the control panel is active and the indicator lights are on—yet the washing process itself does not begin. The reason for this is that, at the start of a wash cycle, most washing machines first drain any residual water remaining in the drum. If the drain pump is defective, this initial operation is not performed; the control board detects the failure and halts the cycle.

Washing Machine Door Seal Replacement

A damaged washer door seal can cause water leaks around the front of a front-load washing machine. We inspect the gasket, check for tears, clean the contact area, and replace the door seal when it can no longer hold water properly.

Washing Machine Leak Repair

Typically, a leak in a washing machine originates in one of several places: the door seal, the inlet valves, or an internal hose. Less frequently, the cause of the leak is the drain pump or a deformation of the washing drum. Our technicians have over eight years of experience repairing washing machines and are capable of quickly identifying and resolving any leak.

Control Board Repair

We often see cases where customers order replacement washer control boards and try to complete the repair themselves, but after installation the washing machine still will not start or remains locked.
Many modern washing machines require manufacturer activation keys after control board replacement. These keys are part of the manufacturer’s protection and configuration process, including safeguards against counterfeit or incompatible electronic parts.
Most customers are not aware of this technical requirement before starting a DIY repair. Our technicians have the tools and experience to diagnose washer control board issues, complete the required activation process, and restore normal washing machine operation.
